These delicately flavoured gamebirds are from our own Manor Farm Game Shoot or from local farms and estates well known to us. Our partridge are available fresh as oven-ready or as breast fillets in packs of four during the season which runs from 1st September until 1st February.

Partridge
Young partridge are quite the most delicious game bird when wrapped in bacon or vine leaves and simply roasted. They are also good spatchcocked and then cooked in white wine with apple and orange.
Partridge Breasts
Packed in trays containing four partridge breasts, they are mouth-watering when flambeed in Calvados and lightly casseroled in cider.
