Our wild wood pigeon comes from our own Manor Farm Game Shoot or from local farms and estates well known to us. It is available fresh as oven-ready or as breast fillets in packs of four during the season.

These are supplied in packs containing six pigeon breasts, ready perhaps for marinating in red wine, mustard and brown sugar before gently casseroling with apples and grapes!
