We are able to supply you with a variety of venison joints and cuts from wild Muntjac, Roe, Fallow and Red Deer depending on the various seasons.
Venison meat is extremely lean and succulent and because there is little or no fat it benefits from marinating for at least 24 hours to bring out the best flavour.

Venison Saddle-Eye Fillet
A delicious, lean, delicate meat which just melts in your mouth. We offer pieces of fillet vacuum packed in 500g minimum packs. Please select the number of packs required.
Venison Haunch - on the bone
Depending on the season, we offer haunch on the bone from Muntjac, Fallow, Roe and Red Deer. A delicious alternative for a Sunday lunch or dinner party. Please select from the weights below and we will guarantee to send you that amount as a minimum. It's your lucky day if you get extra
Venison Haunch - off the bone
If you wish, we can debone your haunch and send you a delicious piece of venison meat ready, perhaps, for marinating if that is how you prefer your joint. Choose from the weight range below and we will send you that as a minimum.
Venison Shoulder - on the bone
Another fabulous joint which is delicious after marinating, just try steeping it in in red wine and garlic! Again, choose from the weight range below and we will supply you with that weight as a minimum

Probably the most succulent and delicate piece of venison meat -but of course the most expensive!

Venison Haunch Steak
Why not try some steaks cut from a haunch of venison? Ideal for a BBQ or, perhaps, braised in red wine with fresh basil and tomato. Supplied in packs weighing a minimum of 500g each containing two or three steaks per pack.

Venison Sides
This offer assumes that you have room in the freezer which isn't always the case!! However, if you do, and you are looking for some delicious venison to last you a few weeks or more and you appreciate a bargain then this is for you.
Each pack contains the following cuts and the approximate weights shown are for a muntjac:-
1 haunch (1.0 - 1.25kgs), 1 shoulder (500 - 750g), 1 saddle-eye fillet (300 - 600g), diced venison (300 - 500g) and minced venison (300 - 500g).
The proportions will be similar for all types of deer although each cut will of course be larger as you select from Muntjac to Roe to Fallow.
Please choose from one of the following options where we offer a minimum total weight of meat and will not charge any extra if we happen to supply you with a greater amount - which does happen more often than not!
These choices will vary as the seasons alter for the various types of deer.
If you require the whole carcass please simply order two packs. This has the added benefit of qualifying your order for free delivery (if applicable)
