
Roast lamb

Delicious lamb from our near neighbours Boarstall Meats. With six hundred acres of rolling permanent pasture over Muswell Hill on the Buckinghamshire Oxfordshire border, it cannot get any more free range than this.
Their sheep flock is very extensive, with ewes grazing the hills all year round. Their lambs are born outside during March and April and graze the hills with their mothers, producing a sweet grass-fed lamb.
Boarstall Meats also significantly reduces food miles. On the farm itself there is a small processing site where a team of master butchers cuts and prepares the meat to a high class standard.

Leg of lamb
You have a choice between on the bone or boned and rolled and then you need to choose between a whole or a half leg. The weights are displayed below and you will be sent at least that weight.
Shoulder of lamb
Delicious joint wonderful if slow roasted. Sold either on or off the bone.
Lamb chops & steaks
We sell these deliciously sweet loin chops in 1 kg packs. The rump steaks weigh about 100g each and also come in 1 kg packs. As usual we don't charge you any extra if we happen to send you slightly more than the kg.
Diced & Minced Lamb
Perfect for the casserole or perhaps shepherds pie we supply diced or minced lamb in 500g packs. If we happen to send you extra by mistake you won't be charged any more!
