Roast Duck with a cherry sauce

Our ducks are raised by Richard Waller, at his farm in the Vale of Aylesbury where they roam freely in cherry orchards. Richard's family have been breeding ducks in the Vale since 1775. Today, Richard is acknowledged as the last remaining producer of authentic Aylesbury Ducks. Please keep an eye on this page for when they become available again.
