These delicately flavoured gamebirds are from our own shoot or from local farms and estates well known to us. They are available fresh during the season which starts on 1st September until two weeks after the season which ends on 1st February. They are available frozen at all other times while stocks last!


Young partridge are quite the most delicious game bird when wrapped in bacon or vine leaves and simply roasted. They are also good spatchcocked and then cooked in white wine with apple and orange.

Partridge Breasts
