We are able to supply you with a variety of venison joints and cuts from wild Muntjac, Roe, Fallow and Red Deer depending on the season. Venison meat is extremely lean and succulent and because there is little or no fat it benefits from marinating for at least 24 hours to bring out the best flavour.
Side of venison
This offer assumes that you have room in the freezer which isn’t always the case!! However, if you do, and you are looking for some delicious venison to last you a few weeks or more and you appreciate a bargain then this is for you.
Each pack contains the following cuts with approximate weights:-
1 haunch (1250g), 1 shoulder (750g), 1 saddle-eye fillet (500g), diced venison (250g) and minced venison (250g). Total 3.0kgs.
The weights shown are a guide for each cut and are typical of a muntjac. The proportions will be similar for all types of deer although each cut will of course be larger as you select from Muntjac, Roe and Fallow.
Please choose from one of the following options where we offer a guide weight but will charge you £10 per kg for the actual weight supllied. These choices will vary as the seasons alter for the various types of deer.
If you require the whole carcass please simply order two packs. This has the added benefit of qualifying your order for free delivery (if applicable)
